To help you manage this, we include care instructions with every package. If your butter does melt, here’s what you can do:
1. **Upon Arrival:** Place your butter in a cool area or refrigerator for 1-2 hours to help it solidify. The exact time may vary depending on your cooling space's temperature. We recommend refrigerating the jar before opening to prevent spills.
2. **After Opening:** If you open the jar and find that melting has occurred, simply place the jar in a cool area to let it solidify. Be cautious to avoid spills and messes.

Why does my jar look half full?
Whipping infuses delicate air bubbles, which elevates the volume, lightens the density, and imparts a luxuriously light, airy texture to the butter. However, if the whipped butter melts, these bubbles naturally collapse, leading to a reduction in volume. While the jar may have been brimming at first, once melted, the butter may settle and appear to fill only half the container.
Should your whipped butter melt, simply return it to a cool place or the refrigerator. Though the texture will transform, taking on the rich consistency of a body balm or its original butter form, its quality and nourishing properties remain beautifully intact.
